Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – Agroz Inc. (NASDAQ: AGRZ), a company focused on vertical farming technology, announced it will execute a 1-for-20 reverse stock split. The split is scheduled to take effect at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on September 29, 2026.

The reverse stock split will consolidate every 20 issued and outstanding ordinary shares into one ordinary share. The company supplies fresh, pesticide-free vegetables directly to consumers and businesses, leveraging its proprietary Agroz OS system for farm management.
