Ahlstrom receives Platinum sustainability rating from EcoVadis
Fiber-based material manufacturer Ahlstrom has secured a Platinum medal in the 2026 EcoVadis assessment, scoring 89 out of 100 points.
Ahlstrom has been awarded a Platinum medal by EcoVadis for its sustainability performance. The company’s score of 89 out of 100 represents a three-point increase from its 2025 assessment, securing its position within the top one percent of companies evaluated globally over the last year.
The Platinum rating, which is valid until October 2027, is the highest level of recognition granted by the assessment organization. It evaluates companies based on environmental impact, labor and human rights, business ethics, and sustainable procurement practices.
This rating highlights Ahlstrom's ongoing efforts to align its fiber-based materials production with global sustainability standards. The assessment provides transparency for stakeholders regarding the company's progress in its operational and supply chain responsibility.
