AHN Healthcare@Home Receives Top Workplaces Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

AHN Healthcare@Home, a provider of home health and hospice services, has been awarded Top Workplace honors for 2026 by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. This marks the fourth consecutive year the company has received this recognition in the Pittsburgh market.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Top Workplaces Award is an annual program that celebrates companies in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area excelling in employee satisfaction and engagement. Winners are determined exclusively by employee feedback, gathered via a confidential survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage LLC.

The survey measures the employee experience across various aspects of workplace culture, including feeling respected, supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute tasks. To qualify for the award, companies must have a significant presence in the greater Pittsburgh area, meet a minimum employee threshold, and achieve a designated response rate from their staff.

AHN Healthcare@Home, Home Health and Hospice, extends the services of the Allegheny Health Network, providing in-home care to patients throughout western Pennsylvania.
