Singapore-based technology firm Superbench has developed an artificial intelligence solution aimed at streamlining the sales process for service businesses. The company's founder, Jingjing Zhong, drawing from her experience growing Helpling Singapore to substantial revenue, launched Superbench to address the challenge of managing customer inquiries.
The Superbench AI system is engineered to automate the entire booking process. It can qualify incoming customer inquiries across various communication channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Subsequently, the system can provide quotes, manage scheduling, and confirm bookings via payment links. The objective is to respond to customers within five minutes, a critical timeframe that significantly boosts conversion chances.
The company targets mid-market and large service providers across markets including Singapore, Australia, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Particularly within sectors like home services, aesthetic clinics, and education, the potential client base is estimated at over 50,000 businesses.
Superbench reports achieving significant traction, including a 20% share of Singapore's home cleaning market and expansion into new territories. The platform differentiates itself from competitors, such as generic chatbot builders, through its deeper, service-specific understanding that covers numerous service types and maintains context throughout customer interactions.
