AI-Powered Meal Planning App AI Menu4You Launches Nationwide

Farmington, Utah โ€“ October 12, 2026 โ€“ AI Menu4You (AIM), an AI-powered meal planning application, has launched nationwide across the United States. The app is designed to provide personalized meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists for each member of a household, accommodating individual health goals, dietary restrictions, and preferences.

Founded by Amber Bodily Greenwood, a wellness expert, AIM was initially developed to assist her own children with significant health challenges. Leveraging two decades of experience in health and wellness, Greenwood has translated her expertise into a practical tool. AIM aims to simplify family life by offering a clear method for understanding dietary choices, making informed decisions, and transforming complex health requirements into accessible, healthy meals.

The application features over 2,800 recipes created by registered dietitians. Users can generate personalized meal plans ranging from 3 to 21 days, tailored to more than 70 health goals, such as improved sleep, gut health, or immune support. These plans simultaneously address the needs of all family members, including requirements for allergies or specific diets.

AIM includes additional features such as automatically generated grocery lists with potential Instacart integration for ordering, and information regarding food-medication interactions. The app also offers a 'Having a Bad Day' button for simplified meal planning support during low-energy periods. The launch addresses growing concerns about the rise in chronic childhood diseases and obesity in the U.S.

AI Menu4You is available for download on the App Store for iPhone and Android users. The company clarifies that the app serves as a nutrition education and meal planning tool and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Users are advised to consult healthcare professionals for specific dietary or health needs.
