AI Project Grokipedia Updates Interface and Restores Content Editing
SpaceXAI's AI-powered encyclopedia project Grokipedia has released version 0.3, featuring an updated interface and the re-enabled ability for users to edit content.
Grokipedia, an artificial intelligence encyclopedia project by SpaceXAI aiming to compete with Wikipedia, has resumed content editing and launched its v0.3 update. The latest version introduces several interface design adjustments, including a new logo and redesigned home and real-time editing pages.
The updated homepage now features a list of selected articles and popular readings, presented in a rotating digital book format. This contrasts with the previous version, which largely only displayed a logo and search bar. The real-time editing page has also been revamped to show more recent changes simultaneously, enhancing the browsing experience.
Article pages have received subtle optimizations, such as an improved layout for the fact table at the top of articles and reduced line spacing in the main text. Grokipedia initially launched in late October 2025 with its v0.1 version, where many articles were direct AI-generated copies of Wikipedia pages.
Following a period earlier this year where development appeared to cease, with reports indicating no changes for over three months, this new update suggests SpaceXAI has reinvested in the Grokipedia project. The return of content editing functionality alongside interface improvements indicates a renewed focus on the platform.
