Wang He stated that embodied AI foundation models, trained on vast, diverse datasets, could achieve 70-80% success rates on tasks they haven't been specifically trained for. This level of performance is comparable to the conversational abilities of digital models during their breakthrough period. He highlighted that powerful pre-trained models and efficient post-training paradigms are key to reaching this milestone.
He believes that based on current data accumulation and model convergence trends, the industry is on track to reach this significant advancement before the end of 2028.
