AI sales startup Nooks secures $500 million commitment from General Catalyst
San Francisco-based Nooks has obtained a $500 million non-dilutive funding commitment from General Catalyst to support product expansion.

San Francisco-based sales automation firm Nooks has secured a $500 million commitment from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. CEO Dan Lee confirmed that the arrangement does not grant the investment firm any equity stake in the company.
Under the terms of the deal, the investment firm will instead share in the returns generated by the capital provided. This structure aligns with General Catalyst’s shift toward utilizing flexible, non-dilutive financing vehicles rather than traditional growth equity.
Concurrently, Nooks has officially launched its Revenue Agent Platform, designed to manage sales workflows from the initial customer touchpoint through to renewal. The company currently reports a client base of over 2,000 businesses, including firms such as Notion, Glean, and HubSpot.
Nooks plans to deploy the capital to scale its sales and marketing operations and facilitate the rollout of new product offerings.
