AI Startup Kily Raises ₹30 Crore to Accelerate Platform Deployment

AI startup Kily has raised ₹30 Crore ($3.2 million) in a funding round led by early-stage venture capital firm Sorin Investments. Other investors participating in the round included IPO-bound fintech major Razorpay and VC firm Wyser Capital.

Kily plans to utilize the fresh capital to strengthen its product capabilities and go-to-market initiatives, as well as to accelerate platform adoption for major Indian consumer brands.

Founded in 2025 by former Flipkart and Affle executives, Kily develops autonomous AI agents designed to help consumer brands drive growth on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. The startup claims to have already partnered with leading brands, including FMCG major ITC.

Its agents integrate real-time signals from marketplaces with a client brand’s objectives and constraints to automate workflows and decision-making, aiding brands in optimizing product visibility, advertising efficiency, pricing, and inventory availability.

The investment arrives as businesses increasingly adopt AI to streamline operations. Indian AI startups collectively raised $676 million across 57 deals in the first half of 2026.
