Aimee Bleyer, a litigation paralegal at Studinski Law, LLC, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 American Association for Justice (AAJ) Paralegal of the Year Award. The award, sponsored by Advocate Capital, recognizes Bleyer's contributions to the paralegal profession and her commitment to continuing legal education and community service.
The AAJ Paralegal of the Year Award is presented to an exceptional AAJ Paralegal Affiliate member who has contributed to the paralegal profession and demonstrated dedication to ongoing legal education and community involvement. Bleyer will receive the award at AAJ's Annual Convention in Chicago, scheduled for July 24-28.
Bleyer brings over 17 years of experience representing victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Her prior role as a senior insurance claims adjuster provides a unique understanding of how insurers evaluate and handle complex claims, expertise she now applies to advocating for injured clients. She is a State Bar of Wisconsin Certified Paralegal and a Wisconsin Association for Justice Personal Injury Certified Paralegal.
An active member of the American Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Association for Justice, Bleyer is also a strong advocate for the paralegal profession. She holds leadership positions within the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Association for Justice Paralegal Board. In 2025, she was honored with the Wisconsin Association for Justice's Paralegal of the Year Award, recognizing her service to clients and leadership within the legal community.
