The arrangement utilizes a light ticketing model, enabling travel sellers to book and manage Air Arabia's content through standard Global Distribution System (GDS) workflows. This provides real-time integration with the airline's systems, allowing booking within the Amadeus environment alongside other travel content.
Air Arabia, which flies over 20 million passengers annually on more than 200 routes, operates from six hubs in the United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Egypt, and Pakistan. The partnership aims to support the airline's growth strategy and enhance customer choice.
