Airbtics ranks Ember Stays top for vacation rental management in St. George
Analytics platform Airbtics has named Ember Stays the leading vacation rental manager in St. George, Utah, citing superior occupancy rates and high guest satisfaction.
Ember Stays has secured the top position among 28 vacation rental operators in St. George, Utah, according to a recent evaluation by the rental data platform Airbtics. The company earned an 83 out of 100 score on the firm's VRM Index, which assesses property management performance, operational scale, and guest feedback.
Data indicates that Ember Stays achieved a 72% occupancy rate, significantly higher than the local market median of 56%. Furthermore, 71% of its listed properties hold the "Airbnb Guest Favorite" designation, supported by an average guest rating of 4.9 across its portfolio.
CEO Kurt Avarell attributed the results to the company's localized management structure, where individual property managers oversee no more than 15 homes. This model is intended to maintain oversight of property conditions and guest communication in a competitive Southern Utah market.
This ranking follows a similar recognition from Manager Review in June 2026. Ember Stays continues to manage a portfolio of luxury properties, focusing on property maintenance, revenue management, and hospitality services.
