AITO Announces European Market Entry in 2027 at Paris Motor Show
Chinese electric vehicle maker AITO has announced plans to enter the European market in the fall of 2027. The company showcased its models at the Paris Motor Show and highlighted its preparations for European regulations.

Chinese luxury intelligent electric vehicle brand AITO announced its entry into the European market in the fall of 2027 during the 2026 Paris Motor Show. As part of its global expansion, AITO presented its AITO 9, AITO 8, AITO 7, and AITO 6 models at the event.
The company has been preparing for the European market by focusing on regulatory compliance and product localization. AITO aims to achieve a five-star Euro NCAP safety rating under 2026 standards, emphasizing safety as a core luxury element. Preparations also include developing intelligent driver-assistance and parking systems tailored to local driving conditions and driver preferences.
Localization efforts extend to building a local service network, encompassing intelligent diagnostics, mobility services, and spare parts delivery. AITO utilizes its SERES MF technology platform, which integrates powertrain, chassis, intelligent central node, and driver assistance systems. Manufacturing takes place at the SERES Super Factory, powered by the "Industry Brain" system for data integration and collaboration with ecosystem partners.
AITO has already achieved significant success in its domestic market, with over 1.2 million vehicles sold and a total of 40 billion kilometers driven. The brand has also garnered international recognition, ranking as the top Chinese luxury automotive brand on Brand Finance's "Top 100 Most Valuable Automotive Brands 2026" list.
Clifford Kang, Board Member and Vice President of SERES Group, stated that new luxury combines traditional and technological luxury. "We look forward to bringing this concept to customers globally," Kang said. AITO, an acronym for "Adding Intelligence to Auto," was established in December 2021 under the SERES Group.
