AIxCrypto Holdings to Acquire Faraday Future's Robotics Business

AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (AIxC) announced it has signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire the robotics business of Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFAI) for an estimated valuation of $200 million in stock. The transaction, expected to close by September 30, 2026, will see AIxC renamed FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. and change its NASDAQ ticker symbol to FFR.

The proposed acquisition marks a strategic shift for AIxC, which will entirely discontinue its cryptocurrency strategy. The company aims to become the first Nasdaq-listed pure-play robotics ecosystem company, focusing on a "Four-Core Full-Stack AI" platform.

Faraday Future's robotics division has reportedly made significant progress, launching 24 products across three robot forms that have received FCC certification. As of late August, the business had sold and shipped 552 units. The products achieved an average gross margin exceeding 30% in the second quarter, with cumulative revenue reaching approximately $1.52 million.

Preliminary projections suggest the robotics business could achieve positive operating cash flow by the third quarter of 2028. Standalone projections estimate revenues of approximately $45.17 million in 2027, with cumulative revenues between 2026 and 2030 projected to reach nearly $2 billion. The transaction is subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and regulatory approvals.
