Akeso Doses First Patient in Lung Cancer Study of HER3 ADC Combination

Akeso, Inc. has initiated a Phase Ib/II clinical study by dosing the first patient with its investigational HER3 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), AK138D1, in combination with ivonescimab. The study, designated AK138D1-201, is assessing the combination therapy for patients with lung cancer.
