Akeso Reports Positive Overall Survival Results from HARMONi-2 Study
Akeso, Inc. presented positive overall survival (OS) results from the randomized, double-blind, multicenter Phase III HARMONi-2 study (AK112-303) at the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer.

Akeso, Inc. (9926.HK) has announced positive overall survival (OS) results from the randomized, double-blind, multicenter Phase III HARMONi-2 study (AK112-303). The findings were presented at the 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC) held in Hong Kong.
The HARMONi-2 study evaluated Akeso's ivonescimab against standard-of-care pembrolizumab as a first-line treatment for patients with PD-L1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The trial aimed to demonstrate the efficacy of ivonescimab compared to pembrolizumab.
Detailed study data, showing statistically significant improvements in overall survival, were shared in an oral presentation at the WCLC 2026 congress. Akeso stated that these results support ivonescimab as a potential treatment option for this patient group.
The company is continuing discussions with regulatory authorities regarding the approval and marketing of ivonescimab. The positive outcomes from the Phase III trial represent a significant step toward this objective.
