Al Mouj Muscat is entering a new phase of its business development as four of eight buildings at the Al Mouj Business Park have been handed over. The commercial development, which spans 39,000 square meters of Grade A office space, is fully sold.
The business park introduces a significant commercial component to Al Mouj Muscat, an established oceanfront lifestyle and leisure destination. It integrates Grade A offices within an environment that already includes hospitality, residential communities, golf, dining, and retail.
The development is designed around the working day, featuring eight mid-rise buildings with flexible floorplates. The design emphasizes natural light, views of the golf course and sea, landscaped gardens, and rooftop spaces, with pedestrian-friendly connections between buildings.
Connectivity is a key feature, with Muscat International Airport and Muscat City Centre approximately ten minutes away, and the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre around 15 minutes away. This positions the business park for companies with regional operations.
The addition of Al Mouj Business Park signifies a new chapter for Al Mouj Muscat, which has grown over two decades to include residential areas, a marina, golf, hospitality, dining, and retail. The destination currently hosts over 8,000 residents and attracts approximately four million visitors annually.
