Tom Hand serves as Chairman and CEO of Volkert, Inc., a professional services firm providing planning, engineering, and construction services to public and private clients. Hand is actively involved in numerous professional organizations and sits on the boards of entities such as the Business Council of Alabama and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama.
Mike Kemp Sr. is the founder and CEO of the KMS Family of Companies, which delivers program management and consulting services across multiple industries. Kemp has received recognition for his leadership and entrepreneurship and has experience serving on the boards of companies including First Horizon Bank and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Alabama.
