Alair Homes has formally entered the Columbia, Missouri, market with the launch of its latest independently owned location, Alair Columbia. The operation is led by Brad Young, the founder of the established local construction firm TigerTown Home Improvement.

This expansion marks the company's second location in Missouri, following an established presence in Springfield. According to Mike Peters, regional partner for Alair Missouri, the decision to enter the Columbia market was driven by the city's demographic growth, supported by the local university and healthcare sectors, combined with the professional track record of the local team.

The business model involves integrating existing local contractors into the broader North American Alair network, providing them with corporate resources and standardized systems while maintaining local management. The new location held a grand opening event on October 22, 2026.
