Alchemy Labs Debuts on TSX Venture Exchange After Raising CAD $13.74 Million
Alchemy Labs Inc., a nanotechnology company focused on defense and automotive applications, has completed its initial public offering, raising gross proceeds of CAD $13.74 million. The company's shares are set to commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Alchemy Labs Inc., a company specializing in nanotechnology for defense and automotive sectors, is set to begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker TSXV: ALCH on Monday, July 13, 2026, following its initial public offering (IPO).
The IPO, which closed on July 9, 2026, successfully raised gross proceeds of CAD $13.74 million through the sale of 13,738,447 units at a price of CAD $1.00 per unit. The offering was led by Haywood Securities, with participation from ATB Capital Markets, Beacon Securities, Canaccord Genuity, and Ventum Financial. Each unit includes one common share and half a warrant, exercisable at CAD $1.50 until July 9, 2028.
At the offering price, Alchemy Labs has an implied market capitalization of approximately CAD $54.5 million. The company's technology is divided into two main areas: Crypsis for thermal signature management in the defense industry, designed to reduce the infrared 'heat signature' detectable by modern surveillance tools, and ExoShield, a protective film for automotive windshields.
The Crypsis technology addresses a growing need for thermal concealment in defense, particularly relevant with the proliferation of thermal imaging and drone technology. Alchemy Labs positions its platform as a capital-light enabler for defense prime contractors, generating revenue from material sales and licensing.
The ExoShield division provides a revenue-generating base, having reported CAD $1.7 million in revenue in 2025 for its windshield protection film. This segment also secured an exclusive supply contract in January 2026 with a global OEM's North American motorcoach division, expected to contribute between CAD $340,000 and $510,000 in its first year.
