Algo Grande Begins Earthworks for Phase II Drill Program at Adelita Project
Algo Grande Copper Corp. has commenced earthworks at its Adelita copper project in Sonora, Mexico, preparing drill pads for an upcoming Phase II drilling program expected to begin in May.

Algo Grande Copper Corp. has initiated site preparation and earthworks at its Adelita project in Sonora, Mexico, ahead of its Phase II drilling program. The company has engaged Major Drilling Group International Inc. to undertake approximately 8,000 meters of drilling.
The current activities focus on constructing approximately 30 drill pads across key target areas, including the Cerro Grande skarn deposit. This preparation involves rehabilitating existing access roads and developing new routes to improve accessibility to the drill sites. Other targeted areas include Cerro Potrero South and Las Trancas, identified for their potential skarn and epithermal mineralization.
The Phase II drilling program is scheduled to commence in May. This follows the completion or advancement of several exploration programs, including a property-wide LiDAR survey, a drone-based magnetic survey, and a district-scale geochemical sampling program. The company expects to integrate these datasets to refine drill targets.
In a separate announcement, Algo Grande Copper disclosed the granting of incentive stock options and restricted share units to several directors, officers, employees, and consultants. The company aims to advance the Adelita project, which is situated in the Arizona-Sonora copper belt and is noted for its potential for copper, silver, and gold.
