Algo Grande Copper Finalizes Phase II Drill Targets in Mexico
Algo Grande Copper has finalized drill targeting for its Phase II diamond drilling program at the Adelita Project in Mexico. The program is scheduled to commence in June 2026.

Algo Grande Copper Corp. has finalized drill hole targeting for its upcoming Phase II diamond drilling program at the Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico. The company is set to begin approximately 8,000 meters of drilling in June 2026, which will double the total drilling completed on the project to date.
Recent high-definition magnetic and Lidar surveys have expanded the prospective footprint of the Cerro Grande copper-silver-gold skarn discovery from approximately 300 meters to a 2.5-kilometer geological and magnetic corridor. The targeting efforts aim to both expand the Cerro Grande discovery and test new targets, including the Cerro Potrero South skarn and the Las Trancas epithermal target.
The Phase II program will be carried out by Major Drilling Group International Inc. The program focuses on expanding the high-grade Cerro Grande skarn discovery, where new magnetic data indicates the mineralization extends significantly north and south of the current discovery. Additionally, the company will undertake its first-ever drill tests of the Cerro Potrero South skarn target, where copper-gold-silver mineralization has been identified in surface samples.
The company's third focus is the exploration of the Las Trancas epithermal gold-silver occurrence. Algo Grande Copper will host an investor webinar on May 29, 2026, to discuss the new findings and the upcoming drilling program in further detail.
