Algo Grande Copper Identifies Three Deep Porphyry Centers at Adelita Project

Algo Grande Copper Corporation announced Monday that new magnetic survey interpretation at its Adelita project in Sonora, Mexico, has identified three potential porphyry-related intrusive centers at depth. The data, derived from a high-resolution drone-based magnetic survey and subsequent 3D inversion, supports the company's ongoing Phase II drilling program.

The Phase II drill program is progressing ahead of schedule, with the first hole completed and the second underway. The company is targeting its first batch of assay results in August. A second drill rig is expected to mobilize to the site soon, which the company anticipates will expedite the program's completion.

The new drone magnetic survey significantly improved spatial resolution compared to previous airborne datasets. It resolved the Cerro Grande skarn corridor into multiple discrete, stacked magnetic bodies. Additionally, a newly identified target, La Corona, south of Cerro Grande, and the Mezquital target, the largest magnetic body on the property, suggest deep porphyry mineralization.

Company geologists interpret these findings as validation of their structural targeting model, which posits that mineral deposits are controlled by geological structures. The Adelita project exhibits defined magnetic anomalies consistent with potential copper, silver, and gold deposits. The company's Phase II drilling is currently advancing along a 2.5-kilometer prospective corridor at Cerro Grande.

"The detailed magnetics have identified multiple intrusive centers at depth across a 6.5-kilometer corridor, each one a potential engine driving the copper-silver-gold mineralization we see at surface," said CEO Enrico Gay. The company anticipates receiving assay results from the ongoing drilling in August.
