Algo Grande Copper Receives BB Rating in First ESG Assessment
Algo Grande Copper has achieved a BB rating in its initial Digbee ESG assessment for its Adelita Project. The company is investing in sustainability initiatives and social responsibility early in its development phase.

Algo Grande Copper Corp. has received a BB rating in its first Digbee ESG assessment, covering both the company and its 100%-owned Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico. This marks the first time an exploration-stage company has been assessed by the Digbee platform at this early stage.
The assessment recognized Algo Grande's strong governance foundation, including dedicated ESG resourcing, proactive risk management, and meaningful community engagement. The company has also committed to integrating sustainability into its corporate strategy.
Approximately 7% of the 2026 drilling budget is allocated to sustainability initiatives. These investments support governance structures, community engagement, and environmental management practices aimed at mitigating risk, building trust, and strengthening partnerships.
The company is in the process of formalizing its risk management systems as the Adelita Project advances toward drilling and development. CEO Enrico Gay stated that the company believes long-term project value is built on geological, environmental, and social foundations. The initial rating provides clear key performance indicators for accountability in responsible development.
