Algo Grande Copper Secures Five-Year Surface Access for Adelita Project
Algo Grande Copper Corp. has secured a five-year surface access agreement with Ejido Palos Chinos, granting rights to approximately 1,796 hectares at its Adelita copper project in Mexico.

Algo Grande Copper Corp. has finalized a five-year Temporary Occupation Agreement with Ejido Palos Chinos y su Anexo El Guamúchil, ensuring surface access to 1,796 hectares of common-use land at its Adelita Project in Sonora, Mexico. The agreement is effective from September 29, 2026, through September 28, 2031.
The accord, approved by the Ejido's general assembly on September 22, 2026, allows Algo Grande to continue its exploration activities, including geological mapping, sampling, geophysical surveys, and drilling. This renewed agreement provides uninterrupted access as the company advances its Phase II exploration program, succeeding a previous arrangement.
Enrico Gay, CEO of Algo Grande Copper, stated the five years of secured access provide the certainty needed for disciplined, long-term exploration planning. He emphasized the company's commitment to transparency, respect for land rights, and building lasting value for the Ejido.
The Adelita Project is characterized as a district-scale copper-silver-gold opportunity. Algo Grande has identified the high-grade Cerro Grande skarn discovery, which shows geophysical continuity over 6 kilometers. Reprocessed data suggests a potential porphyry system at depth, consistent with mineralization models found in major deposits across northwestern Mexico.
