Alibaba Cloud Launches Qovest AI Investment Research Platform

Alibaba Cloud has launched Qovest, an AI platform built to assist professional investors with complex research workflows. The system is designed to automate the data collection, analysis, and report-writing process, allowing users to track specific investment targets through continuous monitoring.

Built on an proprietary agent framework known as Harness, the platform integrates with financial databases to streamline the transition from raw data to actionable insights. Qovest allows users to define research parameters, such as industry supply chain analysis or infrastructure investment cost modeling, which the AI then executes and updates as variables change.

Unlike standard chatbots that provide one-off answers, Qovest is designed to store research history, enabling longitudinal analysis. The service is currently available to early testers, with commercial pricing models set at 99 or 199 yuan per month for subscription access.
