Alibaba has released its Qwen N1 and N1 Pro AI glasses in China, featuring swappable batteries and AI capabilities. Pricing starts at RMB 2,899 for the standard model.
Alibaba launched its Qwen N1 and Qwen N1 Pro AI glasses in China on October 13. The standard Qwen N1 is priced from RMB 2,899 (approximately $390 USD), with the N1 Pro model starting at RMB 3,399 (approximately $465 USD).
A key feature across both models is the inclusion of replaceable batteries located in the temples, allowing users to swap them out during operation for continuous use.
The glasses integrate a 50-megapixel camera capable of 4K video recording. They are powered by Alibaba's Qwen AI, offering features such as real-time translation, AI-generated memos, automatic meeting notes, and travel reminders.
The Pro version enhances functionality with eye-tracking controls, iris verification for payments, and health monitoring features that track heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and skin temperature. The standard N1 model emphasizes first-person photography and video capture alongside its AI assistant functions.
Alibaba states the N1 model offers up to nine hours of battery life, while the N1 Pro provides eight hours on a single charge.
