The launch follows two decades of applied research by Align in high-stakes environments across sectors such as professional sports, defense, financial services, and enterprise. Align argues that organizations incur significant losses due to ineffective collaboration and decision-making, citing estimates of billions of lost work hours annually.

According to the company's co-founders, most businesses lack a continuous, systemic understanding of how human behaviors influence leadership, communication, and execution.
