Aligned launches AI agent for automated deal management

Aligned has introduced Seller Agent, an artificial intelligence tool built directly into its deal management platform. Unlike standard sales AI tools that function as external assistants for drafting text or answering queries, the new agent is designed to execute tasks directly within the workspace where buyers and sellers interact.

Powered by the company's proprietary intelligence layer, the tool handles administrative functions such as updating action plans, generating slide decks, and retrieving case studies based on deal context. CEO Gal Aga stated that the goal is to shift sales AI from a passive advice-giving role to an active participant in deal execution, noting that deals often fail to progress efficiently when AI tools remain isolated from the actual documents and communications involved.

Industry trends show that while many sales teams adopt AI, usage often remains siloed in personal accounts without organizational visibility or standardization. By embedding the agent into the deal workspace, Aligned aims to provide a unified system that automates workflows, potentially reducing the administrative burden on sales staff.
