Allianz Trade, the global leader in trade credit insurance, has been certified as a Great Place To Work® in six countries spanning three continents. This recognition, announced in February 2024, reflects the company's ongoing efforts to foster employee satisfaction and well-being.
The certification process involves an assessment of company culture across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, leadership, and pride, alongside an analysis of company policies. Employee responses to a survey form the basis of the evaluation.
Allianz Trade has focused on enhancing the employee experience through initiatives promoting inclusion and equal opportunities.
