The company exercised its optional redemption right under the terms of the notes.
The redemption took place on September 30, 2026. The notes were redeemed at a price equal to 100% of their principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, the redemption date. Following this partial redemption, $300 million of the notes remain outstanding.
