Allstate Aids Customers After Hurricane Isaias
Allstate has deployed mobile claims centers in Alabama and Florida to assist customers with filing claims and navigating recovery efforts following Hurricane Isaias.

Allstate is providing support to customers affected by Hurricane Isaias, offering multiple channels for claims filing and recovery assistance. The company has established five mobile claims centers in Alabama and Florida to offer in-person help and guidance.
The mobile centers are located in Dothan and Enterprise, Alabama, and Destin and Pensacola, Florida. These centers allow customers to meet with claims experts to file claims and receive answers to their questions regarding the recovery process. Allstate emphasizes that claims can also be filed 24/7 online, via the Allstate mobile app, or by calling 1-800-54-STORM.
Customers are advised to document damages with photos or videos and take steps to prevent further harm. Allstate also cautioned about potential fraud, including unsolicited contractors and pressure tactics, advising customers to verify credentials and review contracts carefully. The company also provides guidance on avoiding scams that often emerge after natural disasters.
Additionally, the Allstate Foundation has supported relief efforts, donating to the American Red Cross for disaster relief and the Center for Disaster Philanthropy to aid community resilience and preparedness.
