Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Staff has determined that Alpha Compute’s ordinary shares achieved a closing bid price of $1.00 or greater for 11 consecutive business days, from September 9, 2026, through September 23, 2026. As a result, Alpha Compute is now compliant with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and the matter is closed.
