Alpha Fit Club Expands Rapidly Through Franchise Model
Founded in 2019, Alpha Fit Club has grown from a single studio to 20 locations via franchising. The company is hosting a major competition event in October.

Alpha Fit Club, a boutique strength and conditioning franchise started by Sam Tooley in 2019, has rapidly expanded from its initial 700-square-foot studio in New Jersey to 20 open locations. The company has also sold 30 additional franchise units planned across the East Coast.
The business will host its largest event to date, Alpha Games, on October 3 at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The competition is expected to draw 1,550 members and 750 teams.
Tooley established Alpha Fit Club in response to personal tragedy and financial necessity following his father's sudden death. He initially pursued online coaching for endurance athletes, which proved successful, but he then opened a physical studio to ensure a more consistent income stream and foster a sense of community.
Alpha Fit Club focuses on strength and conditioning training. The company's growth as a franchise business is attributed to Tooley's dedication to building a strong community and his entrepreneurial drive.
