Alphacool releases new Apex 2 thermal paste developed with Halnziye
Alphacool has launched its new Apex 2 thermal paste, developed in partnership with Shenzhen Halnziye Electronics. The paste is designed to offer enhanced cooling performance for computer CPUs and GPUs.

German cooling solutions provider Alphacool announced the release of its new Apex 2 thermal paste on August 13. The product was developed in collaboration with Shenzhen Halnziye Electronics, aiming to improve heat dissipation for computer components such as central processing units (CPUs) and graphics processing units (GPUs).
The Apex 2 thermal paste features a thermal conductivity of 17.3 W/m·K and a wide operating temperature range from -20℃ to +130℃. Its density is measured at 2.6-2.7 g/mL, with a thermal resistance of 0.0006 ℃·in²/W. Alphacool states the material is engineered to effectively fill microscopic gaps on contact surfaces for optimal heat transfer.
The development of Apex 2 was initiated from scratch, focusing on enhancing performance for demanding CPU and GPU applications. The company has detailed its specifications, including viscosity at +20℃ and dielectric properties, targeting users seeking improved thermal management for their computer hardware.
The Alphacool Apex 2 thermal paste is available in 2g tubes, priced at 9.98 euros.
