AlphaESS expands energy storage footprint in the Adriatic region
AlphaESS showcased new storage systems at the Green Energy Fair 2026, marking increased deployment of its technology in Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Energy storage provider AlphaESS highlighted its growth in the Adriatic market during the Green Energy Fair 2026 in Zagreb. The company reported the installation of more than 300 TB125 systems across Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, totaling over 80 MWh of storage capacity.
In Croatia alone, the company supplied over 100 units in 2026, primarily to support frequency regulation projects aimed at stabilizing the power grid. During the event, AlphaESS introduced the STORION-LC-TB150, an industrial storage solution featuring dual liquid cooling technology, which the company claims improves thermal management and overall operational efficiency compared to previous generations.
The firm, which has maintained a European presence since 2015, continues to integrate its proprietary energy management software with hardware installations. By providing technical training and support to local partners, AlphaESS aims to address the rising demand for grid flexibility and solar energy integration in the Adriatic region.
