AlphaESS Expands Energy Storage Market Presence in Adriatic Region
AlphaESS showcased its residential and industrial energy storage portfolio at the Green Energy Fair 2026, reporting 80 MWh of installed capacity across the Balkans.

Energy storage provider AlphaESS has announced a significant expansion in the Adriatic region, with over 300 of its TB125 units installed across Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The total cumulative capacity of these installations reached 80 MWh as of late 2026.
At the Green Energy Fair 2026 in Zagreb, the company demonstrated its transition from small-scale residential systems to utility-scale infrastructure. In Croatia specifically, the deployment of over 100 TB125 units this year has focused on grid frequency regulation, highlighting the role of battery storage in balancing regional electricity grids.
AlphaESS also unveiled the STORION-LC-TB150, a new industrial storage model featuring dual-liquid cooling technology. Beyond hardware manufacturing, the company maintains a European support network that includes energy management software, installation guidance, and technical training to support its regional growth strategy.
