AlphaESS Launches AI Energy Agent AlphaQ in Benelux
Energy storage provider AlphaESS has launched its artificial intelligence-driven home energy system agent, AlphaQ, in Europe. The launch took place at partner events in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Energy storage solutions provider AlphaESS has introduced its artificial intelligence-driven energy agent, AlphaQ, to the European market. The product debuted through partner events held in Belgium on September 16 and in the Netherlands on September 22.
AlphaQ is designed to consolidate home energy systems into a single point of interaction for homeowners. It integrates energy insights, tariff-aware energy management, and service support. The AI mode forecasts electricity prices, solar generation, and household demand to optimize charging and discharging of energy storage systems.
The company is also expanding its residential energy offerings in the Benelux region with the VitaPower 3600 AC. This all-in-one home battery combines modular storage from 4–16 kWh with 3.68 kW bidirectional AC power. Pre-orders for the VitaPower 3600 AC began in the Netherlands on September 22.
The launch coincides with the first anniversary of AlphaESS Benelux BV. The company reported holding a 29.7% share of the residential Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) market in the Netherlands and 19.5% in Belgium during the first half of 2026.
