AlphaESS Launches AI-Powered Energy Manager AlphaQ in Benelux

Energy storage solutions provider AlphaESS has launched AlphaQ, an artificial intelligence-driven energy agent for home energy systems, in Europe. The system was introduced at partner events in Belgium on September 16 and in the Netherlands on September 22.

AlphaQ is designed to provide homeowners with a single point of interaction for their home energy systems. It combines energy insights, tariff-based energy management, and service support. The AI predicts electricity prices, solar power generation, and household demand to optimize battery charging and discharging, with energy plan updates every 15 minutes.

Alongside AlphaQ, AlphaESS is expanding its home energy offering in the Benelux region with the VitaPower 3600 AC battery system. This all-in-one home battery integrates modular storage from 4–16 kWh, a 3.68 kW bidirectional AC system, and intelligent energy management, helping homeowners store and utilize more of their own solar energy.

The launch coincides with the first anniversary of AlphaESS Benelux B.V. According to a 2026 market analysis by Mordor Intelligence, AlphaESS held a 29.7% market share in the Netherlands and 19.5% in Belgium for residential battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the first half of 2026.
