Alstom receives multiple industry awards
Rail transport manufacturer Alstom has received several awards recognizing its innovation, digitalization efforts, and commitment to diversity and inclusion globally.
Alstom, a global leader in rail transport solutions, has been honored with multiple industry accolades throughout 2024 and 2025.
In March 2025, the company won first prize in the "Digitalization" category at the Assolombarda Awards in Italy for its Control Room project at its Sesto San Giovanni plant. Alstom was also recognized by Fast Company as one of the "Most Innovative Companies" for 2024 in the United States.
The company's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion has also been acknowledged. In March 2026, Alstom was nationally recognized as a 'Trailblazer' in the UK for its inclusive workplace practices. Earlier, in December 2025, Charlotte Briers received the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award at the RailStaff Awards for her role in championing women's empowerment.
Further recognition came in March 2025 when Alstom Canada achieved Silver Parity Certification from Women in Governance for its commitment to gender equality. Additionally, Alstom's Diversity and Inclusion team received the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team Award in May 2024 for its significant positive impact on the workforce.
