Altiora Launches Business Jet Co-Ownership Program for Private Aircraft Owners
Altiora, a private jet management firm, has launched a co-ownership program for private aircraft owners. The program aims to lower the fixed costs of jet ownership by matching owners with select co-owners.

Altiora, a boutique private jet management firm, has introduced a new co-ownership program designed for individuals who own private aircraft. The program allows owners to reduce their annual fixed costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars through shared ownership, while retaining their specific aircraft and crew.
Unlike traditional fractional ownership models that often involve a shared fleet and no fixed aircraft or crew, Altiora's system pairs each owner with a small group of vetted co-owners. This ensures that owners keep their own plane, tail number, and pilots familiar with their preferences. All parties must approve each other before any agreement is finalized.
The program also benefits owners who charter out their aircraft to offset expenses. Instead of dealing with unknown charter clients, an owner can share their aircraft with a single, vetted co-owner, gaining financial benefits without the wear and tear associated with broader charter use. "Co-ownership closes that gap," stated Masoud Gerami, Founder and CEO of Altiora.
Altiora manages all aspects of the co-ownership arrangement, including scheduling, cost allocation, and exit strategies. The firm conducts pre-qualification reviews for potential co-owners and offers services for light, midsize, and large-cabin jets across California and the Southwest.
