Hidayat Liu brings over 25 years of experience in leading enterprise transformation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement programs. His expertise spans key regional sectors including energy, industrials, natural resources, logistics, financial services, and healthcare. Previously, Liu held roles as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, served on the Executive Committee at Grab, and led initiatives at Esquel Group and Advanced Micro Devices.
