Alvarez & Marsal Appoints Jonathan Marshall to Lead North America Forensic Technology Services

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Jonathan Marshall as a Managing Director to lead its North America Forensic Technology Services practice, operating under the firm's Disputes and Investigations umbrella. The appointment is intended to enhance A&M's capabilities in managing evidence and intelligence during contentious legal and regulatory matters.

Marshall specializes in areas such as advanced data analytics, ediscovery, digital forensics, legal operations, and cybersecurity. He has served as an expert witness for legal teams in litigation, investigations, and regulatory actions across a wide range of industries, including construction, consumer goods, defense, energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, and technology. His experience includes complex, cross-border disputes and investigations.

Prior to joining A&M, Marshall was a Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, where he led the U.S. Discovery practice. He also previously held a Managing Director role at Navigant Consulting's London office, heading its legal technology solutions practice.
