Schmid brings over 25 years of experience in restructuring and turnaround management. He has previously held senior management roles, advising clients on operational improvements, performance enhancement initiatives, and workforce reduction programs. His expertise spans various industries, including telecommunications, media, technology, services, and manufacturing.
A&M stated that Schmid's addition enhances the firm's capacity to support clients with complex, cross-border situations requiring problem-solving and value creation.
