Alvarez & Marsal appoints Saurabh Kumar Sahu to lead India business transformation practice
Former Accenture India Country Head Saurabh Kumar Sahu joins Alvarez & Marsal as Managing Director to oversee business transformation services in the region.
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has appointed Saurabh Kumar Sahu as a Managing Director within its Business Transformation Services practice in India. Sahu, who joins from his previous role as Country Head for Accenture India, brings over two decades of experience in growth strategy, digital implementation, and AI-led transformation.
During his career, Sahu has held various senior leadership positions overseeing consulting, technology, and operations across sectors including telecommunications, automotive, and media. His focus at A&M will be on assisting clients with large-scale business transformations and commercial optimization efforts.
According to Himanshu Bajaj, Managing Director and Head of A&M India, the firm aims to leverage Sahu’s expertise to support companies navigating complex enterprise-wide changes. Sahu stated that his role will prioritize helping mid-market firms integrate technology into their growth strategies to drive measurable business results.
