Alvarez & Marsal Taxand (A&M Taxand) has appointed Shaun Alane Lockhart as Managing Director to bolster its Corporate Transformation Tax (CTT) platform. With over 20 years of experience, Lockhart previously held leadership roles at EY and Deloitte. Her expertise includes tax process optimization, data transformation, and financial reporting compliance, specifically in relation to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and enterprise risk management. A&M stated that her appointment aims to elevate tax considerations to a strategic level within the C-suite and boardrooms.
