Alvarez & Marsal bolsters Geneva transaction advisory with new Managing Director
Alvarez & Marsal has appointed Amaury Bonnaire as Managing Director for its Global Transaction Advisory Group in Geneva. Bonnaire brings over two decades of experience in M&A transactions.
Global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal has expanded its Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) in Geneva with the appointment of Amaury Bonnaire as Managing Director. Bonnaire brings over twenty years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, including complex and cross-border transactions.
Bonnaire advises corporations and investment funds, focusing on creating and maximizing value. His expertise includes buy-side and sell-side due diligence, negotiation assistance for transaction agreements, price adjustments, and post-transaction services. He has been involved in numerous international transactions across various regions and sectors.
The addition of Bonnaire aligns with A&M's strategic plan to extend its presence in the EMEA region to meet growing market demand. The firm has been developing its Swiss operations since 2019, concentrating on sectors such as financial services, health and life sciences, natural resources, and consumer products.

Prior to joining A&M, Bonnaire held positions at EY and Arthur Andersen, focusing on transaction advisory. He previously led EY's strategy and transactions team in Geneva, overseeing due diligence, M&A, and valuation services.
