London – Professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is expanding its digital capabilities within the healthcare and life sciences sectors across the EMEA region. The firm has appointed David Champeaux as a London-based Managing Director to lead and grow operationally-rooted digital solutions aimed at creating value for clients in these industries.

This move is part of A&M's European growth strategy, integrating the firm's digital expertise with its established service lines and operational heritage. Champeaux brings over 25 years of advisory and operational experience, focusing on designing and delivering intelligent health journeys and digitally enabled operating models for the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining A&M, Champeaux served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led their digital healthcare offering. He also held leadership roles at Accenture and with various digital startups. His appointment is expected to enhance A&M's ability to support clients in the EMEA region with their digital transformation initiatives.

Alvarez & Marsal has previously reported a tripling of its EMEA revenues and headcount over the past four years. The hiring of key personnel like Champeaux and Jean-Laurent Poitou underscores the firm's commitment to investing in digital capabilities to support this growth trajectory.
