Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has expanded its Real Estate, Travel, Hospitality & Leisure (RTHL) practice in the Middle East. This expansion is intended to bolster support for the region's major development projects as they advance into delivery and operational phases.
A&M has maintained a presence in the Middle East for over 20 years, with its regional headquarters in Riyadh and offices in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. The firm's established RTHL team brings deep market knowledge and hands-on experience in regional development, investment, and transaction mandates.
The expanded team operates as part of A&M's integrated RTHL EMEA platform, offering clients support across corporate, portfolio, and asset levels within the real estate, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Services cover the full lifecycle, from strategy and investment planning through to execution, transactions, and operational improvement.
