Alvarez & Marsal Expands Transaction Advisory Services to Geneva
Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal has expanded its Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) into Geneva, Switzerland. Amaury Bonnaire has been appointed as Managing Director to lead the new office.
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global professional services firm, announced the expansion of its Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) into Geneva, Switzerland. This move is intended to meet growing market demand within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
Amaury Bonnaire has been appointed as Managing Director to lead the new Geneva office. Bonnaire brings over two decades of experience in complex, cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He advises corporate and private equity clients on strategies for maximizing value and driving growth. His expertise includes buy- and sell-side due diligence, advice on purchase agreements, and post-deal support.
The establishment of the Geneva office follows A&M's recent expansions in Madrid and Dubai. The firm stated that Bonnaire's extensive international experience complements A&M's global network and enhances its capacity to deliver solutions for complex M&A challenges. His background is expected to assist clients in navigating current market conditions.
Prior to joining A&M, Bonnaire held several positions at EY and Arthur Andersen. Most recently, he led a team specializing in due diligence, M&A, valuation, and integration in western Switzerland.
